Disinfectant and Germinations Agents − Fruit Cleaner Antiox® FCA DE-100
FOOD freshly® Fruit Cleaner Antiox FCA-DE100 is a universal, eco-friendly, anti-microbial disinfectant based and produced from demineralised water and pure table salt by electrochemical activation. It shows a strong ORP voltage of about +850 mV. According to Liao et al. (2007) such a strong ORP destroys the inner and outer membrane of micro organisms. Specially formulated and developed for the control of cross contamination. This is a very convenient and ready to use disinfectant that cleans and disinfects in one step.
The FCA DE-100 is an environmentally compatible, highly effective disinfectant having unlimited applications. It operates in fields where health, hygiene, and absolute levels of sterility are required. It purifies the water system and helps improve production results. It works effectively at an extremely low concentration against all micro-organisms.
FOOD freshly® Fruit Cleaner Antiox FCA DE-100 maintains the freshness of newly harvested fruits and vegetables by reducing any surface germs. It protects produce from discoloration via the cutting pressure spots process. For use: simply add Antiox to the water utilized in the pre-washing process of your products.
The application is compatible with all FOOD freshly® Freshness Retainers.
The FCA DE-100 is also bio-degradable an eco-friendly, non-toxic formulation which is stabilized with sodium chloride in cationic form. The combination of these two products when used through a thermal fogger creates a dense fog which gives a level of disinfection suitable for the final stage of any bio security program that plays a major role in microbial prevention and control.
